🐶 Creature Comfort

Animals are easy to like without trying, and this is a quick way to borrow that feeling.

1. Open your photo album app on your phone and search for the name of your favorite animal (dog, cat, horse...)

2. Browse the results until you find an image that feels good to pause with for a moment.

3. Look at it like you’re spotting it for the first time: what’s the mood, what’s the funniest or sweetest part, what’s one small detail?

4. Take 3 easy breaths while appreciating at the image.

5. Mentally name what showed up: “warmth,” “curious,” “soft,” or just “nice.”

If you finish early, give yourself another moment to reflect.
